I moved to the St Louis area in 2000 when I retired from the Air Force and went to work for Boeing. Now retired from Boeing I am working on my first novel. Carol and I have three daughters, all married, two living in Virginia and one in Ohio. They have blessed us with six grandchildren total, which does tend to motivate our frequent use of I-70. The Lord has also blessed us with the health to do the travel, as well as that needed for research for the book. In the off time, I shoot Trap during the spring and summer and hunt upland game and ducks in the fall and winter. In between, I fill requests from children for woodworking products, and tend to the hay and animals.
Our class member's interests also include shooting, hunting, and woodworking, as well as fishing and travel. The ladies of our class have a ministry to those who can’t get to church, and make weekend trips together, the last having been to Branson. We get together at least once a month, when we go for a late breakfast on the 2nd Sunday of the month. In class, we have a lot of participation, desire for deeper understanding of the material, and strive to seek the Lord’s guidance in the application of His Word to our lives.
