My wife Angie and I have been married for 35 years and have three children and one grandchild. We both retired from public education and began careers in Christian education. Angie retired as an elementary librarian and now works at Solid Rock right here at First Baptist. I retired from Ft. Zumwalt West where I served as principal and now serve in that same role at Christian High School in O’fallon, MO.
I have been the teacher of this class for less than a year, but I was a member of the class for many years before becoming the teacher. We are a group of believers who come together every Sunday morning to discuss the lesson and enjoy one another’s company. Our class ranges in age from early 50’s to 80. We are a group of 25 to 30 people who really love God and love each other. Our class schedules regular time to be together outside of Church.
