DOXA Students
DOXA is the Greek word for "glory." God deserves all glory, and we were created to live ALL for His Glory. "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." 1 Corinthians 10:31.
We partner with parents to develop students into committed Christ-followers by teaching God's Word, creating a discipleship community, and equipping them to reach others with the Gospel.
Age Range
Our ministry is designed for middle and high school students (Grades 6-12)
Weekly Schedule
Sunday School Groups
Sundays at 10:45 a.m.
Adult leaders present the lesson and facilitate group discussion. Students share about what God is doing in their lives, pray together, and connect with others. Our groups are divided by grade and gender to help foster honest conversations and build relationships.
MDWK (Midweek)
Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
MDWK (Midweek) is a weekly service for students to hear the Gospel, be challenged by God's Word, and build a community of believers. Everyone participates in an interactive activity, and the student band leads us in singing worship songs. Pastor Luke preaches a biblical message designed for students, and we break into prayer groups.
Events
We plan a variety of activities throughout the year to grow and strengthen our discipleship community. These events range from parties to retreats, to service projects. Each summer, we attend camp, serve on a mission trip, and host a week of student VBS and compete at Battle Week. Check out our social media channels or the church calendar in the column to the right to view upcoming events.
